What do you do?
We specialise in bespoke electrodes. We supply in three different ways:
Standard Products - We have a vast quantity of ceramics in stock, these are ready to ship quickly.
Semi-Standard Products - Our standard products can easily be modified with wire cut to length, bent or bodies and fittings added.
Bespoke Products - We can manufacture products to address your particular problem or supply parts for obsolete equipment.
You simply send us your requirements and we can then either manufacture or select from stock to fulfil your needs. If you need assistance to ensure you have the correct solution, we can help as well.
Do you make spark plugs for vehicles?
No. Our spark plugs are made for industrial use across a wide range of kilns, boilers and other environments that need specialist sensing ability.

Can I get a spark electrode made to my specification?
Yes, we specialise in bespoke electrodes. You simply send us your requirements and we can then either manufacture or select from stock to fulfil your needs. If you need assistance to ensure you have the correct solution, we can help as well.
What wire types are available?
We stock 304 stainless steel, A1 and Anti-Droop wire. We can also source other types of wire if needed.
What wire sizes are available?
For Kanthal we stock 1.8mm, 2.3mm, 3.25mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 6mm
For Stainless Steel we stock 2.3mm, 3.25mm
We can also source other sizes as required, simply contact us with your needs.
What ceramic insulator sizes are available?
We stock a vast variety, from 6mm diameter to 14mm, and up to 2000mm long.
Special sizes can be ordered in.
How long will my order take?
It depends on what you require, and the quantity needed. Sometimes we can have it ready the same day.
Normally we can supply in 3-5 working days.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we are happy to manufacture 1 item, or 1000’s.

Can I buy ceramic insulators only?
Yes, you are welcome to do that. We keep a vast variety in stock.
What are your opening times?
We open at 7.45am-4.45pm Monday to Thursday, Fridays 8.00am – 1pm.
I don’t know what I require, how can you help?
Please send us the details, a sketch, drawing, photo or sample and we will do all we can to assist.
Do you have any spark electrodes and flame probes as stock items?
We keep a limited quantity of manufactured items in stock, due to there being 1000’s of types / variations of spark electrodes / flame probes.
How do I set up an account, if I am in the UK?
Send your details, we will set up an account for you. For UK customers the first order is proforma, then a 30-day end of month account will be available to use, subject to credit checks.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept BACS payment. Details will be sent with your invoice. Cheques are accepted, goods released on cleared funds.

We ship globally.
